Community Pet Days are a fun and interactive way to help pets and their families. These community-outreach initiatives build trust, and provide resources within underserviced neighborhoods, by bringing supplies and services straight to those who need it most.
CPD can be as simple as a block party, where educational materials about pet ownership are handed out, or as complex as a day long spay/neuter clinic. No matter what the event, the goal is the same: prevent suffering, cruelty, and pet overpopulation by improving the lives of pets and people in the Columbus Area.
